A Fresh Start

Printing my first tins of Scouse

Printing my first tins of Scouse

After using Shopify for over six months and making a grand total of 80 quid in sales but spending £180 in fees, I've decided to call it a day and jump over to Squarespace.

Don't get me wrong, Shopify is a great platform, but the add-ons you need to purchase to make the site run like it should do out of the box is just a joke. Anyway I'm not going to rant anymore, I'm just glad I've made the move.

It'll take me a bit to figure out how to get my Squarespace shop up and running so I'm still using Etsy as my main shop.

I also joined HotBed Press in Salford and started to make some screen prints. It's the best decision I have made since I became self unemployed.

It took me a while to get back into screen printing but within a month of joining HotBed I had produced five new prints including my first split fountain print and had them for sale in my Etsy shop. I.'ve already sold out of two designs :)
